Agents and internal tools that run on Monday.

We design and ship the agent or internal tool your team actually needs: connected to your data, your APIs and your permissions, with observability and tests from the first sprint. Not a demo. Something that is in use the week after we hand it over.

01

Build tools

Custom agents, copilots and internal tools wired to your stack.

What we do

Custom agents

Assistants that answer from your data, run multi-step tasks and call your systems with exactly the permissions you set.

Copilots for your team

Inside the tools people already use (Slack, your CRM, your back office), with human review where a mistake would cost money.

Internal tools

The admin panel, the pipeline or the integration nobody had time to build. Built with agents, reviewed by us, owned by you.

Production grade

Traces with Langfuse, an eval suite, cost guards and rollback. The boring parts that make it survive contact with real users.

How it works

  1. 1

    Discover and scope

One week. We map the workflow, the data and the success metric, and agree a fixed first milestone instead of a 40-page proposal.

  2. 2

    Build and instrument

Two to four weeks. The agent, its tools, the evals and the traces ship together; nothing goes in without a test that proves it.

  3. 3

    Pilot with real users

A small group uses it for real work. We measure, fix what breaks and extend what gets used.

  4. 4

    Hand off or run

Your team takes it with a runbook and a training session, or we keep operating it with you.

What you get

  • The agent or tool running in your infrastructure
  • Source code, documentation and a runbook
  • Eval suite and Langfuse dashboards
  • A training session for the people who will own it

Good fit if

  • A repetitive process with clear inputs and data you can reach
  • A team that will use the result every week
  • Someone on your side who can answer questions fast

Not a fit if

  • An "AI strategy" without a concrete process behind it
  • Data that cannot be shared or accessed from the tool
  • A prototype for a pitch with no users planned

Questions

Which model do you use?

The one that passes your evals at the lowest cost. We route by task and keep you independent of a single vendor.

Can it run on our servers?

Yes. Docker on your cloud or on-premise, and open models through Ollama when the data cannot leave your network.

How long does it take?

The first working milestone lands in two to four weeks. Extensions are scoped the same way: small, measured, shipped.
