SKILL LIBRARY
A skill is a SKILL.md with instructions, scripts and resources an agent loads only when the task needs it. These are the ones we run in production. Each has a version and a changelog, and gets revised from the notes agents leave after using it.

HOW THEY GET BETTER
A skill starts from a real job we did by hand: the steps, the checks and the limits, written for an agent.
Agents load the skill when the task needs it. When something surprises them, they leave a short run note: what happened, what the instructions missed.
The notes go through a review step that proposes a revised SKILL.md and a changelog line. A person merges it, the version bumps and this page is rebuilt from the same file.
