The right context, for the right task.

Agents fail for one reason more than any other: they lack context. The Company Brain connects your documentation, code, conversations and processes into one shared knowledge base with permissions, and serves the right slice to Claude, OpenAI, Cursor or your own agents. We build it, keep it current and run it for you.

Company Brain

Your docs, code, conversations and processes in one shared, permissioned brain for every agent and tool.

What we do

Sources connected

Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Slack, your wiki and your written processes, kept in sync instead of copied once.

Organized

One structure, an owner per area, freshness dates and duplicates resolved, so the brain does not rot like a wiki.

Permissioned

Each agent sees what its user is allowed to see, with an audit log of what was read and by whom.

Served everywhere

An MCP server and a retrieval API any agent or IDE can use, so the context travels with the task.

How it works

  1. 1

    Inventory

Sources, owners and permissions. What exists, what is stale, what is missing.

  2. 2

    Build the brain

Ingestion, structure and permissions in your cloud. Nothing leaves your account.

  3. 3

    Connect agents and tools

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your internal agents: each gets the context it is entitled to.

  4. 4

    Operate

Freshness checks, a gaps report and a monthly review. Fully managed, so it keeps working after launch.

What you get

  • The brain, hosted in your cloud
  • Connectors to your sources
  • MCP endpoint and retrieval API
  • Admin view and a monthly health report

Good fit if

  • Teams where "where is that document?" costs hours every week
  • Agents that hallucinate because they cannot see internal knowledge
  • Several tools and models that should share one source of truth

Not a fit if

  • A three-person team with one Notion page
  • Data that cannot be indexed at all for legal reasons

Questions

Where does the data live?

In your cloud account. We never train models on it and we do not keep copies.

Does it replace our wiki?

No. It reads it and keeps it honest: stale pages, gaps and duplicates show up in the monthly report.

Which agents can use it?

Anything that speaks MCP or HTTP: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Hermes and the agents we build for you.
