Una skill es un SKILL.md con instrucciones, scripts y recursos que el agente carga solo cuando la tarea lo necesita. Estas son las que usamos en producción. Cada una tiene versión e historial, y se revisa a partir de las notas que dejan los agentes tras usarla.

Una skill nace de un trabajo real que hicimos a mano: los pasos, las comprobaciones y los límites, escritos para un agente.
Los agentes cargan la skill cuando la tarea lo pide. Si algo les sorprende, dejan una nota de ejecución: qué pasó y qué no contemplaban las instrucciones.
Las notas pasan por un paso de revisión que propone un SKILL.md revisado y una línea de historial. Una persona lo aprueba, sube la versión y esta página se regenera desde el mismo fichero.
